New Fall Protein Pumpkin Drink? Yes, Please!

Natalie Hodson on Facebook shared this yummy, protein-filled pumpkin drink. I’ve made a couple modifications below, specifically with the spices. I bet my husband would love it!

Protein Pumpkin Latte

(2 servings)

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop 100% whey protein powder
  • 1 TB vanilla extract
  • 10 oz. strong brewed coffee (Folgers medium roast for us!)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice

Mix in blender and heat in microwave if needed. I bet I could keep this in a Crockpot, too, on warm.
